Four Things that God does not know

1. GOD DOES NOT KNOW A SIN HE DOES NOT HATE.
2. GOD DOES NOT KNOW A SINNER HE DOES NOT LOVE.
3. GOD DOES NOT KNOW A SIN HE WON’T FORGIVE.
4. GOD DOES NOT KNOW A BETTER TIME THAN NOW.

This is the awesome God we serve,
God worthy of our worship, praises and allegiance.

SEE WHERE LIES THE SECRET OF YOUR FUTURE

The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine. Your priority in daily routine determines on whose side you will stand when human history will be wrapped up forever.

Through your daily choices, you become the master of your own destiny. Which choices are you making?

Remain faithful to the Lord. Never will He let you down in dire times.

Charley Romani lay in bed one Saturday morning,flipping through the few channels he could pick up with his “rabbit ears” antenna. He was accustomed to his old atellite dish offering 150 channels, but now, living in a friend’s converted garage, he had very little from which to choose. The selections of over-the-air channels in Roseburg, Oregon, were limited, but one of them caught his attention. Suddenly he felt God speaking directly to him as he watched channel 47, a 3ABN affiliate station owned by Better Life Television. What he heard that morning made him sit up in bed, fully awake!

“Charley and I both came from traumatic childhoods,” his wife, Sarai, says. “We were so broken when we met that neither of us felt we could ever love again. But something strange happened. God impressed both of us strongly that we were to love each other, and we felt that He wanted us together.” They married, and although Sarai was
told she couldn’t have children, her prayers were answered, and they were blessed with four wonderful boys.

But the next 14 years of marriage had turned into a nightmare. Despite their love of God and their search for truth, their brokenness had led them to damage each other—and their family.

“All was not as it should have been, and I knew that in my heart,” Sarai says. “There was something very big missing; and finally, the only way I thought I could find it was to throw everything out—all my preconceived ideas and everything I thought I knew—and ask God to start over. And that meant that Charley had to go.”

“My wife and I were separated at the time, and I was really discouraged and depressed,” Charley recalls. “Sarai had really closed the door this time, and here was no hope for our marriage. We had tried everything we could. We had been involved in many denominations, from Catholic to charismatic churches. I had even moved my family across the country to join a ‘prophetic’ movement! But I saw too much hypocrisy and confusion—and they always wanted money. I saw pastors living in lavish homes, wearing expensive jewelry, and taking exotic vacations. But I didn’t see anyone getting the emotional help they needed. I kept asking myself, ‘Where is the heart of God in this?’”

In stark contrast, what Charley saw on his TV that morning amazed him. “It was the Ten commandments Weekend,” he says, “and I saw incredible humility and reverence for God’s Word when the preachers would speak. Their message was precise and clear, and they spoke with authority, like Jesus did. I remember seeing David Asscherick kneel before the Lord before he spoke,” he continues, “and I thought to myself, ‘I’ve never seen a pastor on his knees praying with that kind of reverence before the Lord!

The “Yes” Prayer

With praise for all you are, Lord

And thanks for all you bless;

Lord, grant these ten petitions

With your eternal Yes:

Please show me that you’re there

When I can’t see your face;

Send troubled souls my way

Their wounds I will erase.

Let me see with your eyes

My mind with your thoughts fill;

But more than wisdom give me

The strength to do your will.

Bless me with abundance

Then put me to the test;

Gladly will I give you

Much more than I possess.

Send me your tranquility

In troubled times and calm;

With loving arms sustain me

Through suffering and harm.

Forgive me my sins

Though legion they may be;

When death and evil triumph,

Bring good from tragedy.

But most of all reveal

The meaning of my life

The purpose of my glories

The reasons for my strife

My destiny in Heaven

No tears to flow again

My God please grant me all

In Christ Our Lord.

Amen.

SOUL WINNING FOR THE MASTER: A MORAL OBLIGATION

A Tale of an Abandoned Dog

Once upon a time, a male dog whose name is unknown - but let us name him: Shadow for the sake of our story -, was abandoned in unknown circumstances. Left for dead, the poor dog, starving, having wounds all over his body, appeared to have been, for several days grappling with death. On one providential day, a traveler, while doing sightseeing, spotted the dying dog by the thorny bush, snapped his fingers to draw the dog’s attention, but to no avail. Finally, he resolutely decided to get out of his car and walk toward the bush where the dog was lying. He compassionately discovered that the dog had become skinny through starvation. A swarm of flies, attracted by a stench from his wounds, were hovering over him.

The traveler, whom we could rightly nickname, “The Good Samaritan”, scrambled back to his car to retrieve a First Aide Kit, nursed, bandaged the dog and fed him. He picked him up and transported him on his shoulders back to the car and traveled together back home.

When they got home the man told his wife about his providential encounter with his new companion. At hearing this, the wife, moved with compassion, did all she could to help the poor dog recuperate health. After several months of intense nursing and care, Shadow recovered his health, became normal. Just as an expression of appreciation for the rescue and unreserved care lavished upon him during all these months, the dog wagged his tail and barked at his new loving and caring masters.

One day, Shadow, noticing that his masters went away leaving the door open, sneaked out and went back to where he used to live. Returning home from their town errands, the couple, to their great disappointment, discovered that Shadow was gone. Where to? No one knew exactly. “What have we done wrong to the dog that made him leave the comfort and care we had graciously offered him?” the couple wondered. All around the house, the atmosphere became intense and gloomy. The joy gone! Unable to eat supper, they both converged to bed and fell fast asleep.

In the middle of the night, something strange happened. They heard a weird scratch on the door. The man got up from the bed and with eyes full of sleep, staggered to the door. “Who are you and what do you want here at this stage of the night?” He asked. A barking mixed with fainting wailing followed! He opened the door to find, to his great surprise, that it was Shadow returning from his outing with five other skinny and needy dogs.

Isn’t this what Jesus requires of us? His blessings, care and love he has lavished upon us, having called us out of darkness into the marvelous light, the hope of eternal life he has promised to all who have met with him and believed in his saving mercy, shouldn’t this be our sole motivation to go back and splash the good news of free salvation to the perishing souls! What would the world be if we all acted and responded like Shadow! Many Shadowlike individuals are needed for the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Matthew 28:19, 20.

A PROMISE OF GREAT HOPE

1. Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
2. In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told. I go to prepare a place for you.
3. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I WILL COME AGAIN and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:1-3 - NKJV
